Buying a new or first computer, or being brave enough to take your computer through a system recovery, can be pretty overwhelming.
I cannot be there as you go through these processes, but with any luck, Unlocking PC Mysteries will provide the tools you need. With a little effort, and patience, in going through the steps I have used for years in setting up new systems, you cannot help but gain a better understanding of your system, and enjoy it more.

It takes two to three days of dedication to get a system set up and customized to a user’s satisfaction, but once that is accomplished, I have always seen a smile on the user’s face. You will smile also, at your own accomplishment.

With just a minimal knowledge of the equipment, and software provided, you can accomplish basic troubleshooting skills. You may be able to solve some of the issues yourself, as well as save money, and time.
