Description

LAPD officer Joe has a passion for arresting women, handcuffing them and killing them. He's a serial killer getting away with murder, since his buddies at precinct 707 always cover for him. His killing rampage might have gone on forever, had it not been for 17-year-old Romy, who heard about women disappearing in her neighborhood and asks several Voodoo Priestesses to protect her from Evil. When officer Joe gets a hold of her, his fortunes turn for the worst, and he is suddenly haunted by a violent group of female Zombies seeking revenge.
