• Image Location: Single-sided. Please ask about our double-sided (image on both sides of the candle) candles.
• Poem reads: Beloved by all who knew him.
• Personalization: Full Color photos, logos, art, monograms, poems, verses, dates and any text.
• Image: any digital photo, logo or artwork in JPG, EPS and TIFF format. Or you can use any of our images.
• Custom Designs: Email your image, any text and your design ideas to us (or have our designers develop a custom design at no charge) at [email protected].
• Giftwrap: Wrapped in clear cellophane with raffia tie. Ready for gift giving!
• Processing Time: 5 business days from final approval date, excluding shipping time.
• Shipping: Shipping from Southington, CT via USPS Priority Mail or USPS Express Mail.
• Rush Processing: Available upon request at no extra charge.
• Returns: Not accepted on personalized candles.

8) Attach Image File to Email
Attach your image file to your email. A jpg, EPS or TIFF file with 300 dpi resolution works best. If your file is less than 300 dpi make sure it is about 5" wide so we can reduce it. This will improve the image quality.

9) Final Approval
Goody Candles will email you a proof within 24 hours for your final approval. It's so easy! You will have an opportunity to make changes. We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied!
