Hand crocheted hat roses bear ribbon 15" wall decor

This is a wall decoration crocheted hat. It is large, about 15 inches in diameter, done in a light beige crochet cotton. It is trimmed with roses and small sprigs of babies breath with a large bow on the bottom. The bow has bears on a tricycle. I found this at an estate sale and it is clean, in very good condition. I have no idea who made it. This would be a great wall decoration.
