Simplicity 6658 vintage 1960s sewing pattern jacket dress size 12 B32 UNCUT

This is a classic sewing pattern probably dating to the late 1950s or early 60s. This is Simplicity 3954 in size 12, bust 32. The pattern pieces to this have been separated from each other but not cut. The envelop has torn side seams and some yellowing and staining that looks like water. The paper direction sheet and a few of the pattern pieces have some stains as well. The envelop description reads: Sleeveless dress has lowered neckline, gathers at front neck edge, self fabric bias binding detail and left side zipper closing. Slim skirt has a vent at lower edge of back seam. Self fabric belt has bow detail. Jacket has lowered neckline, short kimono sleeves and front closing. V 1 has self fabric bow at front opening at neck edge. V 2 has button closing and top-stitching detail.
