Wenatchee Washington: Columbia River Press & Directed Media Inc. 1981. Unknown edition presumed first edition or printing. Soft cover. Good +. edge wear on both covers with creases on front scuff marks stains and chipping on both covers. Heavy rubbing/scuffing on spine edges at the fold spine creases from top to bottom from use. Internally some stains but no damage. signed and inscribed by author on title page. Note bottom front cover in books image. This cookbook stays open! See page iv. Page 4 tells the reader to find desired page and lay the book flat and firmly crease the pages where they join in the center. To change pages just crease again. Book is text complete and illustrated at 200 pages. The author uses her frontier and seafood favorites as well as some lesser known receipts. There are many many photographs of Columbia River travel and early homesteads interesting local political and business interests are also presented through receipts and stories. A lot of book here! ever eat "Boiled Jellied Moose Nose"?
