Rhinestone pin western hat black rhinestone band silver tone back jewelry

This is a pin shaped like a western hat. The pin is approximately 1 1/4 inches by 1 inch. The top of the pin is entirely covered with rhinestones. There is a circle of dark rhinestones (where the arrow is pointing in the left photo) around the spot where a hat band would be as an accent. This has a silver tone finish. I think this is a modern pin but in excellent, like new condition.
