The body on a Predator is 100% rabbit fur, with as many wraps of Bunny Brush as space allows. Bunny Brushes are far superior to rabbit strips when palmering rabbit onto the hook shank. Strips have leather that closes the gap of the hook and soaks up water making some flies difficult to cast. Bunny Brushes do not have these drawbacks. One ten inch Bunny Brush contains the fur from two 10 inch rabbit strips and five wraps of Bunny Brush can be placed in the same space as one wrap of rabbit strip. That results in the neighborhood of 1000% more rabbit fur in these bodies versus using rabbit strips. Traditional rabbit strip flies get skinny in the water..these do not..they actually appear bulkier in the eater than when dry. You will love the action and profile in the water!
