The USPS shipping rates are completely out of our control. We NEVER pad shipping costs, and my shipping indicates that even with the high shipping costs, most of my customers are well pleased. ALL purchases are shipped within 24 hours in most cases after payment has been received. My packing and packing materials are second to none. I have not, and currently still do not charge for bubble, peanuts, foam, padded envelopes and anything else needed to provide secure delivery. I hope to continue this as long as possible. I ask you to keep this in mind as you are rating my store and service. Lastly, try alternate means of contact if you sense a problem. I will never ignore an email, or request for invoice, therefore a spam blockage may have occurred.
