Hand crocheted hat light beige blue flowers 15" wall decor

This is a wall decoration crocheted hat. It is large, about 15 inches in diameter, done in a light beige crochet cotton. It is trimmed with blue flowers and small sprigs of babies breath with a large bow on the bottom. The bow is mauve with small blue flowers. I found this at an estate sale and it is clean, in very good condition. I have no idea who made it.
