This USB GPS Receiver for Computers is a compact, accurate GPS receiver with low power consumption that works directly from your computer's USB port and does not require user initialization or external power. This USB GPS receiver incorporates the latest SiRF Star III GPS chipset and a built-in patch antenna so you receive a high degree of GPS accuracy and performance even at low signal levels. Data output by this GPS receiver include latitude, longitude, altitude, velocity, satellite and receiver status and to ensure up-to-the-second accuracy, the receiver tracks up to 20 satellites at a time, re-acquires satellite signals in about 100 milliseconds and updates position data every second.
