To achieve this look wet brush and apply to crease. You can for a softer look use a fluffy brush and buff out to brow bone to highlight. I wanted a sharp edge so I did not buff to brow bone.

Shadows work well dry for a soft look and wet for a deep long wear( when you wear shadow wet it always lasts longer because it is adhearing to the skin) or even as an eyeliner. Mineral shadows are great for the endless opportunities for doing different looks.I always suggest using a primer for optimum color blast and long wear will work.
