“Although many crowns are used merely as a background, there are crowns that are complete in themselves.
Such Fancy and Draped crowns should be appreciated in full, As they present a wealth of possibilities in Developing dressyor semi-dressy hats and in Changing the contour or the entire tone of a Past season’s hat.
The basic principles concerning these Types of crown and the construction details regarding certain examples is the subject matter of this Instruction Book.
