This vintage sewing pattern is Simplicity 1727. It was issued in 1956. This has four blouse variations. It is size 11, bust 31 1/2. The envelops says, "Simple-to-Make styles have kimono sleeves which may be short or 3/4 length. View 1 and 2 are turtle neck fashions. Views 3 and 4 have wide necklines, over bloused styling and drawstring at lower edge. View 4 has stand-up collar." The envelop has a few minor tears along the top edge.
