Simplicity 7391 vintage 1976 sewing pattern reversible skirt pants size 16 B38

This sewing pattern was released in 1976 and is Simplicity 7391. It is in size 16, bust 38. The pattern is for a shirt, top, reversible wrap skirt, pants and scarf. This is a cut pattern but all the pieces are present and in good condition. The envelop shows some tears along the edges and is a little yellow with age. The description reads: The top-stitched top has low round neckline and short set-in sleeves. (Top is sized for stretch knits only.) The top-stitched shirt with front button closing has shirt collar, shaped lower edge, simulated front band and long set-in sleeves gathered to buttoned cuffs. The reversible wrap skirt has waistband and tie ends. The pants have fly front zipper and buttoned waistband. A triangular scarf is featured with above separates.
