These 3 hand carved snack dishes are created from olive trees native to Israel and the surrounding area. Each piece will differ due to differences in venation and texture.
The dishes are made in Bethlehem. The perfect dish for serving olives, crackers and other snacks, one would imagine.
The tight grain surface of the wood is easy to keep dry after washing and won't be a haven for bacteria like porous wood. A most original Made in the Holy Land gift and eco friendly as well.
Care Instructions: It is recommended to use this dish only with cold or warm food, not extra hot. Initially, wash in warm water and rub utensil in a small amount of olive oil. Thereafter, hand wash with cold water and do not place in the dishwasher, towel dry completely. It is suggested that once a year it be polished with olive or mineral oil to maintain the appearance of the wood.
