Butterick 5245 see & sew sewing pattern misses top & skirt sz 12 14 16 uncut

This is Butterick 5245, a See & Sew sewing pattern issued in 1990. This is for a misses top and skirt and is an uncut pattern with marking for sizes 12, 14 and 16. The pattern is in good shape but the outside of the envelop has some marring on the edges and across the bottom. The envelop says: Semi-fitted, partially lined top has shoulder pads, side front and side back seams, shaped front hemline and long sleeves with stiffening at cap. Purchased trim. Semi-fitted, straight skirt, below mid-knee, has waistband, front pleats and back zipper and hemline slit.
