The McKee mark is on the lid and on the bottom of the jar. The above mentioned flaws are very minor and not easily noticed when the lid is in place. This beautiful piece is hard to find without the lid, but becomes even more special when the exact fitting lid is included.(the lid is in excellent condition) The lid has a 1/8" raised area completely around the inside about 3/8" inwards that secures the lid in place when it sits on the jar. On the top of the lid there are four raised designs, one on each end, but not connecting. All in all this would become a treasured piece to just about any collector.
