COWBOY STATUE, Boot Hill, Dodge City, Kansas - Unused Post Card
Here's a very nice unused postcard featuring the Cowboy Statue in Dodge City, Kansas.
The description on the back reads:
Poised for action, with six-gun leaving its holster, this life-size statue of an early day cowboy stands in front of Dodge City's City Hall on Boot Hill. This statue was modeled by Dr. O. H. Simpson, a pioneer dentist at Dodge City. Color by Don Richards
The card was published for Boot Hill, Dodge City by Photography House, Topeka, Kansas. It bears number "S-22373-2".
Size: approx. 5-1/2" x 3-1/2"
Date: Not dated, but I'm fairly certain the card is from the 1960s (or earlier).
Condition: Fine, I'd say, with just some faint toning on the back. (Please see scans.)
MULTIPLE ITEM SHIPPING DISCOUNT: I will ship up to 4 cards for the single base shipping charge shown. For purchases of more than 4 cards, the shipping charge will increase by just a small increment for every 4 additional cards.
