PLEASE READ CAREFULLY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PURCHASES OF SEXY LINGERIE AND BIKINI:-

(A) Minimum Order

We accept only a minimum order of ** RM150 and above ** from each single Taiwan Sellers. No combination of orders from different Taiwan Sellers to make up of an order of RM150. You may invite your sisters and friends to join you for shopping and place a minimum order of RM150 and above with a single Taiwan Sellers.


(B) Stocks Arrivals Date in Malaysia

These Taiwan sellers have ready stocks and also some pre-order stocks.

For pre-order stocks, Taiwan sellers might need to take 2-3 weeks time to get the items you want. Therefore, for pre-order items, the whole process from the point of time that Taiwan sellers confirm our order till your orders reach you in Malaysia will take at least 3-4 weeks time. *** Place order if you are willing to wait for at least 3-4 weeks time ***

For ready stocks, it will take about 10-15 days to get your order from Taiwan directly.


(C) Order Less Than RM150

We accep only a minimum order of RM150 as mentioned under (A). If anytime, Taiwan sellers inform that some of the lingeries/bikini that you have ordered are out of stocks, *** you MUST reselect a few more pieces to make up of a minimum order of RM150 and above *** OR you can choose to pay extra RM15 in order to get Taiwan to send to your directly. If you do not wish to reselect other items or pay for RM15, your order will be send to my place, then only I will post your order to you. However, please take note, buyers have to pay for the local postage charges. Please refer to postage charges below.


(D) No Refund Of Money/No Cancellation Or Exchange Of Your Order

Please always confirm your order, make payment before I place order for you. Once place order, no cancellation or exchange the ordered items.

Please also make sure that you are willing to wait for at least 3-4 weeks to get your order from Taiwan. Request for refund of money or cancellation of order is not acceptable for any reason once I place order.

If you wish to cancel your order after I place order, NO REFUND OF MONEY.


(E) Defects Products/Wrong Ordered Send To You

My Closette will not be held responsible if any time Taiwan sends out wrong items or any defects products to you. My Closette will check and make sure your order is correct when Taiwan emails us your final order and total amount. However, it is out of our control if any time Taiwan sellers make a mistake during the process of arranging, packing your order to be sent out to you, eg. Taiwan sends out a different colour or sizes that you have ordered, or send out a totally different items to you.

My Closette will not be held responsible for getting refund or resend the goods back to Taiwan for you.

Anyway, please do not worry. Taiwan sellers will always check and make sure everything is in order. They are all established online sellers. The will check and make sure no defects products/wrong order are sent out to you.
