Aurora Borealis drop clip earrings signed faceted graduated balls vintage ll2797

An elegant pair of clip on earrings made of 3 faceted and graduated aurora borealis plastic balls each. One ball is fixed on the clip and two drop and dance. The earrings are signed but I can't make it out. I thought it was Keyes but moved the earring and now can't make anything out. They are also marked with a duck on the back of each stud. The earrings are 1.5 inches long total with 1 inch of that being the drop.
