This vintage sewing pattern is Ann Adams 4886 for a pull over casual dress. This is for size 16, bust 38. This is a cut pattern but all the pieces are present and in good condition. This pattern was one you sent for an it was mailed to you. I could not find a copyright date on the pattern but the mailing envelop has US postage metered at 10.4 cents for a bulk rate third class mailing.
