Creative Accounting

This piece of original art, not posted as part of the webcomic but included in the Year 1 book, shows just how I told my boss I was going to art school. Granted, things changed and I never did end up going full-time as a student, but my boss appreciated the sentiment. I'm still a bookkeeper AND an artist--best of both worlds (or sides of the brain) as I see it.

Black archival ink on (8 by 3.75-inch) bristol, mounted on an 11x8.5 inch piece of acid free card stock for stability. Image size is about 3x7 inches.
