These IRAQ WAR ( DESERT STORM )
Safe Conduct passes were used as psych warfare against the Iraq army.
Each leaflet looked like a Normal Dinar note ( their currency with Sadaam Hussein on one side ) But the other side had a message....... Psyc WARFARE

There were six variants... each bearing a different propoganda message.
