This pattern is Simplicity 5721 issued in 1982. The envelop says, "Misses' asymmetric dress with quilted or plain yoke. Dress gathered to asymmetrical yoke has left shoulder button closing, side seam pockets and set-in sleeves gathered to armholes. V 1 has self-quilted yoke, corded piping trim and elbow length sleeves with elastic casings at lower edge. Ribbon trimmed V 2 has stand-up collar, lower ruffle and long sleeves gathered to buttoned cuffs. V 3 has contrasting pre-quilted yoke and cuffs, piping trim and long sleeves." This is in like new condition.
