Sterling silver adjustable ring with garnet and turquoise stones

This sterling silver ring features a sterling silver band, sterling silver beads all the way around, a heart-shaped garnet and a round turquoise stone. The ring is adjustable and can fit virtually any adult size finger (in the accompanying image, it is adjusted to approximately size 6).
