These are a bright red pair of child's rain boots or Galoshes. They have a button closure on the outside of each boot. These will need to be cleaned as the rubber is sticky to the touch. These are unlined. The measurements are as follows:
Length of sole toe to heel: 8 7/8"
Width: 2 1/2" width on heel. 3 1/2" width on front part of boot.
Height 7 7/8"
These are a size 13 Made in U.S.A.
