Here is a great comb bound cookbook titled.. Three Rivers Cookbook I One Good Taste of Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. This is a 17th printing from 1981 (it was originally published in 1973.)
This copy is in good used condition with just a bit of wear to the front and back covers from use and re-shelving--a few light creases and a few small stains. INSIDE the page are at least 98% free of any marks, stains or writing. Just a few small notes written by the first owner of the book and a few small food stains on favorite recipes.
Chapters include: Beverages, Appetizers, Soups, Cheese & Eggs, Beef, Lamb, Pork, Veal, Ham & Pork, Poultry & Game, Fish & Seafood, Sandwiches, Sauces - Pickles - Relish, Vegetables, Potatoes, Rice and Pasta, Salads & Dressings, Cakes, Pies, Desserts, Dessert Sauces, Cookies & Candies. There is an average of 2-3 recipes per page and there are 250 pages including index.
