Imagine a 6-drawer dresser built right into the frame of your bed. Then, imagine it with extra deep 18-inch drawers. That’s big enough to hold all of your socks, underwear, extra blankets, sheets, linen supplies, sweaters, magazines, books, crafts or games. These storage beds require only a mattress and can be used alone or combined with other bedroom storage furniture.
This stylish Double/Full Size Storage Bed has six spacious drawers (three per side for each occupant) which are ideal for storing bed linens, clothes and in particular, socks or undergarments!
- Product is made from composite woods, solid wood slats, metal supports and high quality hardware
- 7/8" Solid Wood Slat Platform
- Wood slats positioned lengthwise distribute body weight evenly and minimize the amount of motion transfer.
- MDF Side Rails with locking bolts
- Metal platform slats rail
- Drawers roll on metal roller hardware for a smooth operation
- Approx. weight capacity is 500 lbs distributed evenly
- Drawers extend 15.75" from the bed when fully open
- Distance from the floor to the bottom edge of drawer front is 3.75"
- Coordinate with the Armoire or Dresser and other bedroom furniture or use alone with existing furniture.
- The Drawers (six on Double/Full or Queen sizes) run smoothly on metal roller glides and open easily with finger-pulls located on the bottom of the drawer fronts instead of handles. This design provides a clean look while ensuring your bed clothes don’t catch on the drawers.
- These Platform Storage Bed frames can be used with standard mattresses. If you use an 8-inch thick mattress, the overall bed height will be 21 inches at the top of the mattress.
