OUR RATES: The $5 rate shown applies to the first 250 words. Our rate is $5 for the first 250 words and for each 250 words thereafter. For projects longer than 250 words, simply divide the total words by 250 and round up to the nearest whole number, and enter that figure as your quantity when you place your order. For example, for a 2,150-word project, you would order a quantity of 9 (2,150 / 250 = 8.6, 8.6 rounds up to 9). You may find this table helpful in calculating the rate for your project:

We proofread virtually any type of document (see restrictions below) of virtually any length. We proofread fiction, nonfiction, essays, term papers, memos, letters, manuscripts, e-mails, blogs, Web pages, résumés, speeches, scripts, poetry, books, booklets, menus, flyers, catalogs, invitations, advertisements, and more.
RESTRICTIONS: Absolutely NO obscene, pornographic, offensive, defamatory or slanderous text will be accepted. Absolutely NO handwritten work will be accepted. All documents provided for proofreading must be typed (either on a computer or a typewriter).

Proofreading work will not commence until full payment is received and cleared. Works of up to 10,000 words will be completed within 7 days of receipt and clearance of payment. We pride ourselves on quality work with a rapid turnaround. We handle projects on a first-come, first-served basis. Typically, the turnaround time should be approximately 2 business days, but due to the potential for heavy workload volume, we set a maximum turnaround time of 7 calendar days per 10,000 words.
