Heavy leather flogger made from 8/9oz bull hide leather. The lashes are 22.5in long and has an overall length of nearly 30in. The handle is solid brass that has been chrome plated. The large ball on the end of the flogger has many uses, one of which is as pivot for flogging; there are others. This flogger has a heavy thuddy fall. The flogger is balanced about 1in behind the end of the handle wrap. This is a very heavily made flogger. Handmade in the US, not an import.
