Boy with Dog and Buggy

At it's highest point this item is 3 1/8" high. It is 2 2/7" across from end to end. From front to back it is 2". On the bottom is marked Japan. The little boy has light brown hair, a blue shirt, white pants and appears to have a sword at his side which is painted on. The dog is black and white and is to the boys's right. Behind the boy is the yellow buggy which has the top portion of the front only painted brown, as the sun visor portion. Along the bottom it is painted black. In back, the wheels are painted the same blue as the boys shirt. No crazing is evident yet the piece is obviously very old. On the right side the yellow paint appears to have thickened during the painting process. The very front of the black section has a roughness that is not a crack, but looks as though it happened during the manufacturing process. There are some imperfections in this piece which appear to have occured in the making process.
