This uncut sewing pattern is Simplicity 5374. It is for stretch knits in size 10 and in excellent condition. The envelop description reads: "Misses' pullover dresses. Sized for stretch knits only. Dress with skirt stitched to bodice at elasticized waistline has pockets in side seams and optional belt. V1 has scoop neckline and three-quarter length sleeves. Sleeveless V 2 has bateau neckline loop and button back closing and extended shoulders. V 3 has elasticized neckline and short raglan sleeves gathered to band and ties."
