Condition: VG/Leather cover has edge-wear but still in amazing condition being nearly 100 years old. Embossing details on cover are EX. Gold lettering on the spine is clear and bright. Paper attached to inside cover is uplifted a bit at edge with a small tear, nothing major. Inside pages are VG with no visible marks or damage. The pages are firmly attached.
