White Freightliner used speedometer used unknown working condition

White Freightliner Speedometer. Numbers on the back are ser. no 47068 and mod. 7sm2806. Unknown working condition.
It weighs about 1 pound. The face is not cracked or broken. There is some visible rust on the sides of it. Some corrosion as well. Measures about 2 and 5/8" to the back and about 3 and 1/4" diameter and that is measuring the back of it. Please see all pictures for more description and condition, Thank You
