Bisque style wall plaque not Victorian or Colonial era more modern

Bisque style wall plaque. Has a covering on the back which looks like wall paper? it is starting to peel a little. Measures about 8 and 3/16" x 6".No cracks as far as I can tell, but and there is that word "but" the last picture shows an arrow pointing to what I believe is a missing part of the girls basket. I do not know what she had in the basket but it looks to be missing and a slice of arm as well. It is hardly noticeable I think? As is condition. Thanks for stopping by and looking.
