Ngo Cho Kun (Five Ancestor Fist Kung Fu) originated in the late 1800s in Fujian province, China. It was the brainchild of an accomplished martial artist named Chua Giok Beng, who was always looking for the most efficient techniques to combine into the perfect fighting art. It is based on the techniques of five famous Chinese martial arts: Peho (Fujian White Crane), Koo Kun (Monkey Boxing), Tai Cho (Grand Ancestor boxing), Lohan (Internal Buddhist Boxing) and Tat Chun (Damo's Iron Body Training).
Alexander Lim Co is the Philippine's most renown Chinese Kung Fu practitioner. He was an "in-door" disciple of Ngo Cho Kun's late grandmaster Tan Ka Hong, and has studied Seven Star Praying Mantis and Hung-gar under Grandmaster Shakespeare Chan, Wu style Tai Chi Chuan under the late Master John Hu Chuan Hai, and Hsing-I Liu Ha Pa Fa under Master David Chan.
This is digitally remastered from the original VHS videocassette. Although everything has been done to enhance the picture and sound quality, some quality degradation may still exist.
