DOUBLETREE Hotels - Matchbook Cover
Description: Here's a nice, fairly modern standard-sized matchbook cover from the Doubletree chain of hotels. At the time this matchbook was produced, the chain included hotels in Dallas, Houston, Scottsdale, Seattle, Monterey, Tucson, Kansas City, Orange Ca., Denver, Tulsa, Vail, and St. Louis.
The inside provides reservation phone numbers.

Condition: Very good, I'd say. The cover is quite clean and the striker strip doesn't appear to show any evidence of actual use. The matches have obviously been removed, leaving a couple staple holes below the striker strip. (Please see scans.)
