It includes listings for over 200 such establishments, arranged geographically into 12 different regions. Each listing includes basic information about a specific B&B, such as address, phone number, number of rooms, types of accommodations, amenities, credit cards, food service, restrictions (pets, smoking, etc.), and general price range.

Condition: Very good, I'd say. The directory is generally clean and fresh, with just a couple small, faint smudges on the front cover. There are no tears or extraneous markings. (Please see the scans showing a representative sampling of pages.)
