Vitamin B1, B6 and B12 are key vitamins that helps in nerve conduction and reduces sensation of pain, tingling and numbness at the extremities like fingers and toes. These problems usually happens when there are insufficient blood flows to the fingers and toes, or due to compression of nerves leading to the extremities. These are common conditions happened to:
