Hat band men square metal concho like accents in double row amber beads ties on

This is a tie on man's hat band. It features 3 square brass look metal accents with center brown stones secured by woven strands of cording. Surrounding the squares are double strands of long and short plastic amber beads. The beaded/metal section is about 21" long with a length of the cording not included in this measurement so this can adjust to a much larger size. I have no idea who made this.
