Description: Corning Ware Coffee Percolator 10 cup Electromatic (1966-69) P-480 EP Platinum Filigree. This pattern was made a very short time for exclusive gift sets. Very hard to find in this pattern and condition.
Condition: Excellent used condition. Complete and clean, including original power cord. The element heats up as expected. There are some superficial wear scratches on the metal ring around the top of the percolator, but they do not distract from the overall look. No other damage or rough wear. See pictures. This model of percolator P-480, as were most earlier and later models, was recalled by the company in 1979. The recall was due to the metal collar, which is attached with epoxy, separating from the pyroceram pot after repeated heating & cooling cycles.
