Out of box figure. Figure is in good condition. Some manufactuer defects on tge back of the legs Mild scratches on figure and base. All parts and directions included. Stand looks a tiny bit yellowed, but not sure truthfully. Probably discolored due to age since the rest of the figure looks good. Box has definite wear, where the edges and corners have turned white.
