Condition: Good, I'd say. When I played the record, it still sounded fine, with no skips, some faint background crackling, and just an occasional light "pop". Visually, the vinyl appears to be clean, with just some superficial scuffing in a few spots. The label on the I'll Be Home For Christmas side has a small stained area, with several small scrapes. The record does not have a sleeve. (Please see scans.)
