This apple cider jelly , the result of a collaboration between two Quebec artisanal companies, Ducs de Montrichard and the Milton cider house, is produced from Cid Rosé , a cider made from fresh, hand-picked Cortland, Honeycrisp and Dolgo apples.
Excellent with rillettes, terrines and pâtés, it is especially tasty with Ducs de Montrichard foie gras crème brûlée .
