TENNESSEE - 1982 Accomodations Guide
Description: Here's a very basic but comprehensive hotel and motel directory for travelers visiting Tennessee in 1982. It was published by Tennessee Tourist Development. The foreword states that the guide "includes everything from luxurious hotels to budget-saving accommodations...to mountain chalets and lakefront cottages."
Each of the hundreds of entries in the directory is limited to the name of the establishment, its address, phone number, and number of rooms. It many cases, it also indicates whether a commission is paid to travel agents or a discount offered to tour brokers.
This directory was published in early 1982, so the back cover, in addition to a simple map of Tennessee, also promotes the 1982 World's Fair to be held that year in Knoxville.
Size: approx. 8.5" x 3.75" (32 pages)

Condition: Very good, I'd say. The directory is clean and fresh, with just a tiny tear at the top of the back cover, but no other creases, tears, or extraneous markings. (Please see the scans showing a representative sampling of pages.)
