Echinodorus Argentinensis is commonly known as the Argentine Sword. It is a well-known, true aquatic plant from tropical South America.
Similar to all other Echinodorus species, it is a heavy root feeder which means it does best when planted in a rich nutrient-based substrate. It is considered a beginner aquatic plant and famous among fish breeders because its long and bushy leaf provides many covers for small fishes to call home.
