Vintage 40s/50s Patchwork Quilt Pillow Cover

Vintage cover handmade/stitched of a repurposed old patchwork quilt - fabric designs look from the 1940s. The cover is stitched on three sides and open on one side.
There is some fraying and a hole or two from wear.
Photos include the inside of cover as the quilt is double sided patchwork.
