Profusely illustrated w/ numerous line drawings throughout + 16 B&W full-page plates & 8 tipped-in Color Plates (transparencies intact) by Roland Green. Lime-green cloth, illustrated front cover, black letters. Spine bumping, hd & ft, corners. Small frays, here & there, at some corners. The spine & front cover are lightly sun-faded. Previous owner's gift inscription, dtd 1940, top of front free fly - no other markings. Title page & last numbered page (132) have yellowed from age, and the latter is lightly foxed. Book is slightly canted, with a bit of separation at the head, but still securely bound. The back hinge was cracked, but has been carefully repaired. 132 pages.
