This item does include:

The big box - Front of box, has some light remnants of stickers that used to be on it. lower right corner some light wrinkling. Upper right corner of box - light edge raising.

Both side panels - one has a small tear in surface and wrinkling around it. light edge wear and denting.

Top and bottom panels - corner wear and a light crease on the top panel. has a couple of light barely noticeable folds, Bottom panel still has intact clear seal.

Back panel - some light edge wear, denting, light scratching, corner wear. Fairly nice.

For Windows 95/98.

The cardboard insert is in mint condition.
